Our hub is in Calgary, Alberta. We support projects in major markets across nine Canadian provinces.

It depends on your lease and drawings. Common items include walls, ceilings, lighting, flooring, washrooms and finishes. We confirm scope before pricing.
Can you coordinate with shopping-centre landlords?
Yes. We work within landlord requirements such as working hours, site access and tenant coordination as outlined in your project documents.
Can you work in an active shopping centre?
Yes. Work in operating centres is planned around landlord rules, neighbouring tenants and public safety.
Multi-Location Rollouts
Do you build multiple franchise locations?
Yes. We support multi-location and franchise programs with a consistent scope, schedule and reporting approach.

What information is needed for an estimate?
Drawings or a scope description, the project address, target dates and any landlord or brand requirements. The more detail you share, the more accurate the estimate.
How long does a retail fit-out take?
Timelines depend on size, scope, permits and landlord requirements. We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing your documents.
Locations
Which provinces do you serve?
Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. We do not currently serve Quebec or the territories.
